How long until I receive my first issue?
Please allow up 30-90 days for delivery of first issue.

How many issues of Harp will I receive with my subscription?
HARP is published 8 times annually.

To check on status of existing subscription
Please call our subscription department or e-mail our customer service department.

To check on status of new subscription order
Please allow 30-90 days for delivery of first issue prior to calling our subscription department.

To order a back issue
Most issues of HARP include back issue advertisements which provide a mail-in order form. Should your issue not contain an advertisement for these services, please contact our main office toll-free in the USA @ 1.866.HARP.MAG, for specific information on back issues. Outside of the USA, please call us @ 301.588.4114, or fax us @ 301.588.5531. Email customer service.

To replace a damaged issue
Occasionally, your copy of HARP may arrive damaged. Please notify our subscription department and a replacement copy will be sent.

To change a subscription address
HARP cannot be forwarded. You must notify our subscription department in writing at least six weeks prior to moving to ensure uninterrupted service of HARP. Simply pull off your mailing label and send it to the address above with your new address. You may also change your address by calling 1.866.HARP.MAG or e-mailing customer service. Please allow up to 60 days for the address change to become effective.

To pay for subscription renewal by credit card
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Either place your order online or contact our subscription department.

To pay for a new subscription by check or money order
Simply mail your new subscription request to our mailing address. Be sure to tell us what your mailing address is.

To place a gift subscription
Gift subscriptions can be placed by phone with a credit card or faxed. A gift notice will be sent directly to the recipient. If you do not require that a notice be sent to the recipient, you may use our online ordering form.

To send a letter to the editor
Simply e-mail our editorial department. If you prefer snail mail, use the Editorial address.

To send in a press release
Send your press release to the Editorial address. If you e-mail us, do not send attachments: They will not be opened. If you are sending a CD for review, please send two copies.
